Cooking in Tuscany

..Imagine the smell of fresh basel and
home made pasta while admiring a breathtaking view of the hills from your
window... Join us in this unique experience "Cooking in Tuscany". Hands-on
training is provided by experts in Florentine and Italian cuisine. At
the end of the lessons participants enjoy the prepared specialties, with
a selection of local wines. Lodging is offered at villas on Florence's
foothills, only 10 miles from the famous Chianti region, and only 4 miles
from the historical center.
Prices range from $512 (3 nights) to
$1298 (7 nights) per person depending on accommodation and number of
lessons (see table below). Includes accommodation (in double occupancy),
breakfast and cooking lessons. For more information see table below.

- Antipasti: Crostini & Bruschetta (roasted bread with pate' / or with olive
oil and garlic)
- Spaghetti all'Amatriciana (Spaghetti with spicy tomato sauce and Pecorino
Romano cheese)
- Patate al Rosmarino (oven potatoes with rosemary)
- Tiramisu (dessert with Mascarpone cheese, eggs and coffe)

- Crepes di ricotta (Ricotta cheese in home made pasta, served with cream sauce
and grated Parmesan)

"Lisa's B&B" offers a unique combination of proximity
to the city (Florence) and a country environment, with olive tree orchards
and spectacular view of the hills.
The villa, built in the 15th century, is privately owned and features
all modern comforts
(private bath and shower, satellite TV, garden and small swimming pool).
Florence historical center can be reached in 15 minutes by car or city bus.
